Viewing the Balance statement

The Balance Statement displays the flow of funds on the Account balance and includes the lists of Transactions and blocked Charges.

To view the Balance Statement:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, сlick Billing.
  3. In the Horizontal navigation menu, сlick Balance statement. The Balance statement page is displayed.

The Balance statement page includes the following elements:

  • Total Blocked — the amount reserved on the Account balance as an advance sum for all prepaid Subscriptions of the Account for the current and future Billing periods. Displaying the sum of all the blocked Charges on the Account balance and a link to show the list of the blocked Charges. The Blocked charges list includes the following columns:
    • ID — Charge ID.
    • Description — detailed information about a Charge, including the ID and name of a Subscription, and the covered period.
    • Quantity — information about the number of ordered Services or Resources (except for pay-as-you-go Subscriptions).
    • Unit priceService or Resource unit price (except for pay-as-you-go Subscriptions).
    • Period (months) — period (in months) covered by a Charge (except for pay-as-you-go Subscriptions).
    • Discount — discount amount (if a discount is applied to at least one Charge).
    • Amount Charge amount, including the discount.



  • The Export button . To export the records of the Balance Statement in a file:
    1. Click . The Choose file type menu is displayed.




    2. In the menu, select the preferred file format:
      • XLSX
      • CSV

    The export file in the selected format will be downloaded automatically.

    The list of the closed Charges is not included in the export file.

  • Transactions — the list of Transactions that includes the following columns:
    • IDTransaction ID.
    • Description — detailed information about a Transaction.
    • Created atTransaction creation date and time.
    • Taxestaxes amount for a Transaction.

      The Taxes column is displayed only if a Manager added a tax for at least one postpaid Transaction.

    • TotalTransaction amount and type:
      • — increasing the Account balance.
      • decreasing the Account balance.
    • BalanceAccount balance after completing the Transaction.
      The Transactions list can be sorted by the Created AtTotalBalance values. To sort the list, click the corresponding column name.
