Creating the CSV file

The CSV file should contain the following set of the fields:

• Last name.
• First name.
• Middle name.
• Internal User's email (the Service with the email hosting is required).
• User role (admin or user).
• User status (active or inactive).
• Password (the password requirements are set in the Operator Control Panel).
• Quota — numeric value — allowed volume of the mailbox (in MB).

Requirements for the CSV file:

• The fields should not contain spaces. Fields separator — comma.
• The file must be encoded using UTF-8.
• The maximum .csv file size is 5 MB.

Example of the file:

John,Doe,Bill,user1@example.com,user,active,ew2fd##@WWHW12346,1
