Balance topping up

You can top up the Account balance from the Payments page (see Viewing the list of Payments). In this case, click the Top Up button above the Payments list.

To top up the Account balance:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. On the Top Toolbar, click Balance (see Screen Layout). The Top Up Balance page is displayed.

  3. In the Amount field, enter the Payment amount.
  4. If you need to have the Payment purpose in the receipt, enter up to 200 symbols in the Payment purpose field. For example: Top-up payment. Prepay for the Microsoft 365 F1 - Annually subscription.
  5. Click Top Up. The Payments page is displayed with the created Payment on the top of the list (see Viewing Payment Details).

  6. In the Payment block, select the required payment method and complete the procedure (see Payment methods). After the funds are transferred to the service provider account, the Payment gets the Completed status.
