Service management

To access the section, you may need to confirm the invitation from the reseller. Follow the instructions in the selected subsection:

  1. Click the invitation link.
  2. Log in to the Microsoft portal with the Global Admin role.
  3. Confirm the invitation.
  4. Return to the Customer Control Panel and refresh the page.

In the Service Management section, you can manage the licenses purchased within all Microsoft subscriptions of your account and assign roles to users within the purchased Microsoft Azure subscriptions.

The Service Management section includes the following subsections:

  • Microsoft Licenses Usage — viewing the number of licenses purchased within all Microsoft subscriptions of your account: available, assigned, active, and stopped licenses. For details, see Services. User documentation: Услуга "Microsoft Online Services NCE".
  • Microsoft Users and Licenses — view the list of users of your Microsoft tenant and assign or remove their licenses. For details, see Services. User documentation: Услуга "Microsoft Online Services NCE".
  • Azure Role Assignments — view and assign roles to users of Microsoft Azure Plan subscriptions of your Microsoft tenant. For details, see Services. User documentation: "Microsoft Azure Plan" service.
