View the list of quotes

To view the list of requests for quote, in the navigation menu, select Quotes.

The list includes the following columns:

• ID — the unique identification number of the request for quote, shown as a link to its page (see View quote details).

• Created at — the creation date.

• Status — the current status of the request for quote:
  

• Proposal — quick action icons, shown if a proposal was sent in response to the request:
  • Download the proposal file.
  • View the proposal comment: hover over the icon to preview the comment directly in the list, or click the icon to open the request details page.

• Valid until — the date until which you can accept the proposal, if one was sent.

• Action — the View button to open the request details page (see View quote details).

If you have more than 10 closing documents, pagination is used for the list. To go to the next or any other page, use the pagination buttons at the bottom of the page.
