Viewing the List of Notification Categories

To add a Notification Category:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, click Settings > Notification > Categories. The Workspace displays the List of Notification Categories.


    The Categories tab displays the following blocks:
    • Top bar (for more information see Working with Lists of Objects);
    • List of Categories with the following columns:
      • ID — a unique identification number of the License;
      • Name - a name of the License;
      • Public - a Category can be used, and the notifications from this Category can be configured in the Customer Control Panel (Managing Notifications);
      • Enable On Account Creation - to turn on sending the notifications from this Category to all new created Accounts by default (if it's Yes);
      • Updated At - the date and time when the Notification Category was created or edited.
