Creating a Notification Category
To add a Notification Category:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- On the Navigation Bar, click Settings > Notification > Categories. The Workspace displays the List of Categories (see Viewing the List of Notification Categories).
- Click the Create button on the Toolbar. The New Category page appears on the screen.
- In the Name field, type a name of the category.
- In the Description field, you can enter additional information about the category.
- Set Public checkbox to make the notification category available for using.
- Set Enable when create account checkbox to turn on sending the notifications from this group to all new created Accounts by default.
- Click Create. The new Category will be created.
