Creating a Notification Category

To add a Notification Category:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, click Settings > Notification > Categories. The Workspace displays the List of Categories (see Viewing the List of Notification Categories).
  3. Click the Create button on the Toolbar. The New Category page appears on the screen.



  4. In the Name field, type a name of the category.
  5. In the Description field, you can enter additional information about the category.
  6. Set Public checkbox to make the notification category available for using.
  7. Set Enable when create account checkbox to turn on sending the notifications from this group to all new created Accounts by default.
  8. Click Create. The new Category will be created.
