Charges Report

To create the Charges Report, which includes Charges (see Charges) that was created during the selected period:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, click Settings > Plugins > Reports. The Workspace displays the Sales Reports page.
  3. In the Charges Report group, set the period of the report using the From Date and To Date fields.



  4. Click the Download Charges button. The report will be sent to your email in the MS Excel format.

The Charges Report includes the following information: 

  • Account ID -  a unique identification number of the Account (see Managing Accounts), to which the Charge relates;
  • Account Name - a name of the Account, to which the Charge relates;
  • Account Class ID - a unique identification number of the Account Class (see Account Classes);
  • Account Class Name - a name of the Account Class;
  • Order Type - one of the following types of Order, to which the Charge relates:
    • Sales Order — a customer has ordered services;
    • Renewal Order — a customer has renewed a subscription;
    • Change Order — a customer has purchased or refused additional resources;
    • Switch Order - a customer has switched from one to another Plan.
  • Subscription ID - a unique identification number of the Subscription (see Managing Subscriptions), to which the Charge relates;
  • Subscription Name - a name of the Subscription;
  • Created At - a date and time of the Charge creation;
  • Manager ID - a unique identification number of the Manager (see Staff management), to which the Account relates;
  • Manager - a name of the Manager, to which the customer relates;
  • Type - a type of the Charge (monthly, setup fee etc);
  • Plan ID - a unique identification number of the Plan (see Managing Plans), to which the Charge relates;
  • Plan - a name of the Plan, to which the Charge relates;
  • Plan Category ID - a unique identification number of the Plan Category (see Managing Plan Categories), to which the Charge relates;
  • Plan Category -  a name of the Plan Category, to which the Charge relates;
  • Resource ID - a unique identification number of the Plan Resource (see Plan Resources), to which the Charge relates;
  • Resource -  a unique identification number of the Plan Resource (see Managing Plan Categories), to which the Charge relates;
  • Duration - a duration of the period of the plan;
  • Quantity - a total quantity of the ordered resources;
  • Unit Price - a price of the unit of the service excluding VAT;
  • Discount - an amount of the discount;
  • Discount ID - a unique identification number of the discount;
  • Discount Name - a name of the discount;
  • Promocode - a promo code, if it was used to get the discount (see Managing Promo Codes);
  • Amount - an amount of the discount;
  • Status - one of the following statuses of the charge:
    • New - a charge was created;
    • Opened - a charge was created, but the funds weren't blocked and weren't writing off from the account balance;
    • Waiting for a refund - a user performed the operation for which the fund must be returned to the account balance;
    • Blocked - funds were blocked by the charge;
    • Waiting approve - a user performed the operation that must be approved;
    • Closed - funds were written off from the account balance;
    • Deleted - a change was deleted;
    • Refunded - funds have been successfully returned to the account balance.
