Auto-Renewing a Subscription
If the auto-renewal option is turned on, the customer will get the invoice for renewal and payment notification. If the Account balance has the sufficient amount money, the Subscription will be paid automatically.
To turn on the auto-renewal option:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- Click Operations > Operations > Subscriptions on the Navigation Bar. The Workspace displays the List of Subscriptions.
- Click the ID or Name of the subscription. You see a page with Subscription information (see Viewing and updating Subscription's details).
- On the General tab select the Auto renewal checkbox.
- In the Renew point (days) field, enter a number of days before the end of the Subscription period when a Customer receives an invoice for the Subscription renewal.
- Click Update.
