Viewing the List of Invoices

To view the List of Invoices:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. Click Operations > Finance > Invoices on the Navigation Bar.



    The Invoices page displays the following blocks:
    • Top bar (for more information see Working with Lists of Objects);
    • List of Invoices with the following columns:
      • ID — a unique identification number of the invoice;
      • Invoice Number - a number of the invoice;
      • Total -  a total amount of the invoice;
      • Account — a name of the account, which got the invoice;
      • Status — one of the following statuses of the invoice:
        • Closed — an invoice was closed;
        • New — an invoice was created and closed.
      • Date from — a date of the invoice creation;
      • Date to — a date when the invoice must be closed.
