Resetting a User's password
To reset User's password:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- Click Operations > Operations > Users on the Navigation Bar. The Workspace displays the List of Users.
- Click the ID or Name link for the required User.
- On the General tab, click the Reset password button. The Reset Password page displays on the screen.
- Enter the new password with confirmation in the Password and Password confirmation fields. Password's settings are configured on the Security Settings page (see Security Settings).
- Click Update.
