Resetting a User's password

To reset User's password:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. Click Operations > Operations > Users on the Navigation Bar. The Workspace displays the List of Users.
  3. Click the ID or Name link for the required User.
  4. On the General tab, click the Reset password button. The Reset Password page displays on the screen.


     
  5. Enter the new password with confirmation in the Password and Password confirmation fields. Password's settings are configured on the Security Settings page (see Security Settings).
  6. Click Update.
