Plan Periods

To add Plan periods that will be used by customers, perform the following operation on the Plan Periods step:

  1. Select the Endless checkbox for the resources that haven't got a duration.



  2. Enter a value of duration in the Duration field.
  3. Select the duration in the Duration list. You can choose the days, months or years item.
  4. You can select the Trial checkbox to activate subscription in the test mode. A customer can't buy additional resources for the trial plans.
  5. Type a value of the installation fee in the Setup Fee field. It is used for the one-time payment.
  6. Type a value of the monthly fee for the subscription in the Recurring Fee/ Month field.
  7. Type a value of fee for the domain transfer in the Transfer Fee field.

  8. In the Renewal fee field, type a value of fee, which the customer has to pay to renew the subscription.

    The following types of payments are summed up under certain conditions:

    • Sales Order: Setup ΠΈ Recurring fees are summed up;
    • Renewal Order: Recurring and Renewal fees are summed up.

    You can click the Add Plan Period button to create new plan period. Also, you can use the Remove button use to delete the Plan period.

  9. Click Next. The Plan confirmation step will be displayed on the screen (see Plan confirmation).
