Resetting a Manager's password

The following procedure describes how to reset Manager's password:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, click Settings > Configuration > Managers. The Workspace displays the List of Managers (see Viewing the List of Managers).
  3. Click the ID or Name link for the required Manager.
  4. On the General tab click the Reset password button. The Reset Password page displays on the screen.


     
  5. Enter the new password with confirmation in the Password and Password confirmation fields. Password's settings are configured on the Security Settings page (see Security Settings).
  6. Click Update.
