Only the following billing types work within the Postpay charging model in the current version of the platform:
- Reservation.
- Pay as you go (internal).
- Pay as you go (external).
- CSP monthly.

The statuses of Charges are main distinguishing feature of Charges generation and changing within the Postpay charging model.
For the Postpay charging model:
- Charges for the current Billing period can not have the Closed status.
- Charges for the future Billing periods always have the Opened status.
Particular aspects of Setup fee, Renewal fee, Transfer fee Charges
Setup fee, Renewal fee, Transfer fee Charges:
- Are generated in the New status.
- Instantly change their statuses to Blocked.
- Receive the Closed status on the next Billing day.
When the Subscription is deleted (see Splitting of Charges when a Subscription is deleted) during the Billing period, in which the Charges have the Blocked status:
- Charges have the Blocked status until the next Billing day.
- Charges receive the Closed status on the next Billing day.
Particular aspects of generation and changing of the Recurring fee Charges
There are four cases depending on the billing type:
- There are no differences between the Prepay and the Postpay charging models, because Charges don't split and are generated only for the current Billing period:
- Pay as you go (internal).
- Pay as you go (external).
- Only the Charges splitting differs:
- CSP monthly.
- The Charges splitting and the statuses of Charges for the future Billing periods differ:
- Reservation.
- CSP annual.
- The billing type doesn't work within the Postpay charging model in the current version of the platform:
- Non refund.
- G Suite.
- Pay in full.
Generation and changing of the Recurring fee Charges for future Billing periods
The Recurring fee Charges for the future Billing periods:
- Are generated in the New status.
- Instantly change their statuses to Opened.
- On the Billing day, which is the start of their period, receive the Blocked status.
- On the next Billing day after the end of their period, change their status to Closed.
Splitting of Charges for current Billing period
The particular aspects described below apply as well to the case of Charges splitting when the Subscription is deleted (see Splitting of Charges when a Subscription is deleted). The Charge for the actual period of usage is blocked and will receive the Closed status only on the next Billing day.
When the Charges for the current Billing period are split, the status of the Charge for the actual period of usage differs:
- At the moment of splitting, the Charge for the actual period of usage receive the Blocked status instead of Closed.
- On the next Billing day after the end of current Billing period, the Charge for the actual period of usage receive the Closed status.
