Product page

A Product page is generated automatically using ActivePlatform data about an existing Product. The main content appearance is defined by Product showpage UI template (see Managing UI Templates). By default, the Product page includes the following elements:

• Header — by default, it is displayed on every page of Customer Store (see Standard elements defined by Layout UI Template).
• Main content:

  • The Back to [Category name] button returns a user to the Category page.

  • The Main information section displays Product main information and allows to proceed to ActivePlatform Customer Control Panel for ordering of a Subscription. It has following elements:
    • Product logo.
    • Product marketing name.
    • Company name of a Product provider.
    • Starting from — a minimal Product price per month in the '00.00 alphabetic currency code/month' format (for example, 10.00 USD / month) calculated using available Product Plans.
    • The Buy Now button redirects to the Service Plans periods section (if Product has several Service Plans) or to ActivePlatform Customer Control Panel for ordering of a Subscription (if Product has only one Service Plan).
  • The Overview section displays a marketing description of a Product. When a description is longer than five lines, only three of them are displayed. The Show more link appears at the bottom of the section. By the click on the link a full text of description and the Show less link are displayed.
  • The Image gallery section contains videos and screenshots available for a Product.
  • The Features and benefits section contains a list of Product marketing benefits.

  • The Choose your best plan section displays Service Plans cards available for a Product and allows a customer to proceed to ActivePlatform Customer Control Panel to order a Subscription.

    The following order of Service Plans cards is used on the Product page:

    • Service Plans cards with the smaller monthly cost of the Plans are displayed on the top of the list. Trial periods are taken into account.
    • Service Plans cards with the same monthly cost of the Plans are displayed in reverse alphabetical order.

    Cards have following elements:

    • Service plan name — a name of a Service Plan.
    • Service plan minimal price — a minimal price of a Service Plan per month calculated using available periods of a Service Plan.
    • Service plan description — a description of a Service Plan.
    • Resources — a list of Resources included in a Service Plan and available for purchase.
    • The Buy Now button: redirects to ActivePlatform Customer Control Panel for ordering of a Subscription.
    • The Try It button allows to proceed to ActivePlatform Customer Control Panel to order a trial Subscription.
  • The Support section displays contact information of Product technical support. It includes the following elements:
    • Phone — technical support contact number.
    • Email — technical support email.
    • Url — technical support website.
    • Information — additional information about Product technical support.
  • The Category section contains a link to the Category page.
  • The Legal section displays links to terms and conditions of Product use and includes the following elements:
    • License agreement — a link to Product License agreement.
    • Privacy policy — a link to Product Privacy policy.
  • The Documentation section contains links to the Product documentation.
  • The Subscription ordering section includes the following elements:
    • Product marketing name.
    • Starting from — a minimal Product price per month in the '00.00 alphabetic currency code/month' format (for example, 10.00 USD / month) calculated using available Product Plans.
    • The Buy Now button redirects to the Service Plans periods section (if Product has several Service Plans) or to ActivePlatform Customer Control Panel for ordering of a Subscription (if Product has only one Service Plan).
  • The Related Products section contains cards of Related Products. Each card serves as a link to the Related product page. Each card includes the following elements:
    
    • Logo of Related product.
    • Marketing name of Related product.
    • Marketing description of Related product.
    • Starting from — a minimal price of a Related Product per month in the '00.00 alphabetic currency code/month' format (for example, 10.00 USD / month) calculated using available Product Plans. It serves as a link to the Related product page.
  • Footer — by default, it is displayed on every page of Customer Store (see Standard elements defined by Layout UI Template).
