Managing Products and their Categories
The Product entity is used to manage sales of Vendor's services and applications.
Creation of a Product and management of its main attributes is carried out via the ActivePlatform Reseller Control Panel and Vendor Portal.
Options for Product management in the Customer Store Control Panel are limited. The following options are available:
- To view Products list (see Viewing Products list).
- To synchronize Product information with ActivePlatform data (see Synchronizing Products and Categories).
- To manage SEO information of a Product page (see Managing SEO information of a Product page).
- To manage Cross-selling settings of a Product (see Managing Cross-selling settings).
Products are arranged in Categories to simplify the search for a Product in Customer Store.
Creation and management of Categories are carried out in the ActivePlatform Reseller Control Panel.
