Editing Parameters of Plans
To edit parameters in the MS Excel file (see Exporting Plans):
- Open the MS Excel file that was exported previously.
- Change parameters in the following columns:
- Name — periods of the Plan or Resource of the Plan.
- Setup fee — value of installation fee (one-time payment).
- Renewal fee — value of fee which the customer has to pay to renew the Subscription.
- Transfer Fee — value of fee for domain transfer.
Overuse fee — value of fee, if a customer overuses included or additional resources.
The following types of payments are summed up under certain conditions:
- Sales Order: Setup и Recurring fees are summed up.
- Renewal Order: Recurring and Renewal fees are summed up.
- Save the changes in the file.
