Viewing and Updating a Service Term
Service Terms delegated from the Operator (or the upstream Reseller) are not available in read-only mode: it is only possible to add new Account Types to delegated Service Terms. When the delegated Service Term is changed or deleted by the Operator (or the upstream Reseller), it is automatically changed or deleted for all the downstream Resellers.
To view and update a Service Term:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
- On the Navigation Bar, go to Service Terms (see Navigation). The list of Service Terms is displayed (see Viewing the List of Service Terms).
- Click the ID or Name link of the Service Term. The Service Term details page is displayed.
The Service Term details page includes the following tabs:- General — information about the Service Term (see Creating a Service Term).
- Log — a history of operations (see Viewing the System Log).
To update the Service Term details:
- On the General tab, change options that are available for editing.
- Click Update to save changes.
On the upstream Reseller level, for a Service Term that is delegated to the downstream Resellers, the platform requires that the new Key value does not match any Key in the Service Terms of all downstream Resellers.
On the downstream Reseller level, for a Service Term with the Delegated = No attribute, the platform requires that the new Key value does not match any Key in the Service Terms delegated from the upstream Reseller.
