Viewing the list of Payments

To view the list of Payments for a given Account, go to the Payments tab of the Account page (see Viewing and updating Account's details).

To view the list of Payments created for all Accounts:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, go to Payments (see Navigation). The list of Payments is displayed.



The page includes the following blocks:

  • Top bar (see Working with the List of Objects).
  • List of Payments with the following columns:
    • ID — unique identification number of the Payment (see Viewing Payment details).
    • Payment number — number of the Payment. The number format is defined by a template (see General system settings).
    • Account — name of the Account linked to the Payment (see Viewing and updating Account's details).
    • Status — status of the Payment (for details, see Payment types).

      • Waiting for payment (waiting_for_payment — in the API methods) — the default status of any new Payment. The Payment is created but yet to be completed.
      • Expired — the Payment has not been completed before the Payment due date.
      • Cancelled — the Payment has been cancelled.
      • Receipt creating (receipt_creating) — a receipt for the Payment is prepared manually by the Manager (see Approving a Payment).
      • Receipt sent (receipt_sent) — the manually created receipt was sent to the Customer.

      • Processing — a temporary status of a Payment while payment on the payment gateway side is processed. In the Processing status, all operations for a Payment are not available.
      • Completed — the Payment has been successfully processed (added and approved).
      • Paid from balance (paid_from_balance) — the Customer has paid for the Payment using the Account balance.

    • Due date — date when the Payment for rendered Services gets the Expired status if it is not completed (see Payment for rendered Services). 
    • Payment method — selected Payment method (see Configuring Payment Methods).
    • Discount — amount of the discount.
    • Total — total amount of the Payment.
    • Balance — Account balance at the Closed at moment.
    • Manager — Manager responsible for processing the Payment.
    • Created at — date and time of the Payment creation.
    • Closed at — date and time when the Payment gets the CompletedPaid for balance, or Cancelled status.

The Payments report (see Exporting a List as a file) includes the following columns:

  • ID — unique identification number of the Payment (see Viewing Payment details).
  • Payment number — number of the Payment. The number format is defined by a template (see General system settings).
  • Account ID — unique identification number of the Account linked to the Payment (see Viewing and updating Account's details).
  • Account name — name of the Account linked to the Payment (see Viewing and updating Account's details).
  • Status — status of the Payment (see Payment types).
  • Payment method — selected Payment Method (see Configuring Payment Methods).
  • Discount — amount of the discount.
  • Total — total amount of the Payment.
  • Manager — Manager responsible for processing the Payment.
  • Created at — date and time of the Payment creation.
  • Updated at — date and time of the Payment last update.
  • Account class — Account class of the Account linked to the Payment (see Account Classes).
  • Subscriptions — name list of Subscriptions linked to the Payment.
