Viewing the list of payments
To view the list of payments for a given account, go to the Payments tab of the account details page (see Viewing and updating account's details).
To view the list of payments of all accounts, go to Payments (see Navigation).
The list includes the following columns:
- ID — the unique identification number of a payment (see Viewing payment details).
- Payment number — the payment number as it is defined in the system settings (see General system settings).
- Account — the name of an account linked to a payment (see Viewing and updating account's details).
Status — the payment status (for details, see Payment types).
- Due date — the date when a payment for rendered services gets the Expired status if it is not completed (see Payment for rendered services).
- Payment method — the selected payment method (see Configuring Payment Methods).
- Discount — the discount amount.
- Total — the total amount of a payment.
- Balance — the account balance at the Closed at moment.
- Manager — a manager responsible for processing a payment.
- Created at — the date and time when a payment is created.
- Closed at — the date and time when a payment got the Completed, Paid for balance, or Cancelled status.
