Viewing and updating a service term

Service terms delegated from the upstream reseller are not available in read-only mode: it is only possible to add new account types to delegated service terms. When a delegated service term is changed or deleted by the upstream reseller, it is automatically changed or deleted for all the downstream resellers.

To view and update a service term:

  1. Go to Service Terms (see Navigation). The list of service terms is displayed (see Viewing the list of service terms).
  2. Click the ID or name of the required service term. The service term details page is displayed. The page includes the following tabs:
  3. If it is necessary to update the service term details:
    1. On the General tab, change the required options available for editing.
    2. Click Update.

On the upstream reseller level, for a service term delegated to the downstream resellers, the platform requires that the new Key value does not match any key in the service terms of all downstream resellers.

On the downstream reseller level, for a service term with Delegated = No, the platform requires that the new Key value does not match any key in the service terms delegated from the upstream reseller.
