Viewing and editing the reseller attributes

The reseller attributes (see Extending the reseller object) are used to pass additional information about the reseller if a vendor cloud service requires such information for the successful provisioning (see Data flow between a service and ActivePlatform).

To view and edit the reseller attributes:

  1. Go to Vendor Service Settings (see Navigation). The list of products received from Vendor Portal is displayed (see Viewing the list of products received from Vendor Portal).
  2. In a row with the required product, in the Reseller attributes column, click Edit. The Reseller tab of the product page is displayed. The Reseller tab includes fields of the reseller attributes added in Vendor Portal by the vendor. For service-specific details, see Services. Operator Guide.



  3. If it is necessary to update the reseller attributes:
    1. Enter the new values of the required reseller attributes.
    2. Click Update.
