Managing plans

A plan is a pack of services and resources with pricing and provisioning terms. Plans include the upgrade availability, refund policy, subscription periods, etc.

In the Operator Control Panel, a plan can be created by one of the following means:

• Manually by a reseller's manager using existing application templates (see Creating a plan).
• Automatically by delegating from the upstream reseller (see Delegating plans to resellers).
• Automatically by receiving from Vendor Portal via the vendor's distribution network (see Synchronization of products and plans between Vendor Portal and ActivePlatform).
• Automatically by the Microsoft plan updater (see Services. Operator Guide)
