Implemented a new notification model in Operator Control Panel (Partner). Now there are three notification types: email, SMS and clientpanel. A new type of notification - clientpanel - arrives and is displayed on a separate page in the Customer Control Panel. (BBB-4006)
Pop-up messages about clientpanel notifications. When Customer receives this notification type a pop-up message is displayed in the Customer Control Panel. By clicking on the pop-up message Customer goes to notification page. (BBB-4136)
