Added new method for closing an Order using a client’s balance. If the Order fee is less than the client balance, then the client’s balance is decreased by the amount of the Order fee and the Order status is changed from "waiting for payment" to "provisioning". If the Order fee is more than the client’s balance, then the client’s balance isn’t changed and the API method returns the exception message "Balance is less than order fees". (EEE-111)
[Office365 Plugin] Add additional parameter "tenant_id" for the "Order Creation" API method for MS Office 365. (EEE-32)

Improvements

Added the Log tab on the reseller’s page in OCP. (CCC-426)
