New features

Implemented the ability to choose the languages for user interfaces of the CCP and OCP. The "Language" tab was added to the "System Settings" page of the OCP, which allows to determine the list of languages and choose the default languages for CCP and OCP. (BBB-6731, BBB-6732)
Implemented language settings inheritance during the Reseller creation. User interface language settings can be copied during downline Reseller creation. Reseller manager can change inherited language settings. (BBB-6733)
Implemented placeholders for Resellers logotypes in order to use it in the UI templates. The following placeholders were added:
- vendor.logo for a main logotype for the CCP;
- vendor.inverted_logo for an inverted logotype;
- vendor.short_logo for a short logotype;
- vendor.stamp for a stamp;
- vendor.favicon for a favicon. (BBB-6894)
[Microsoft Azure] Developed Debits export function of the Microsoft Azure service. The "Export" button was added to the "Debits" page of the CCP. On this page, the download button was added to export data in CSV format. (EEE-1066)

Improvements

The "Resellers Closed Charges Report" was improved:
- Added displaying of the reseller's chain from the reseller level where the report is generated to the level of the reseller who sold the subscription.
- Added additional information about Subscriptions (the start and end date of the subscription, the subscription vendor).
- Added the "MPN ID partner" column in order to compare with the reconciliation file. (EEE-1041)
The confirmation message on the "Confirmation for switching to a paid period" page of the CCP was changed to: "After switching to a Paid Period an amount equivalent to the cost of consumed resources will be blocked on the account balance. Charging of blocked funds will occur once a month. At the end of the accounting month the amount of charges from account balance will be represented in the invoice. You can see the statistics of blocked funds and the funds flow on the Billing -> Transactions page." (BBB-7056)
Implemented Plan name synchronisation and Resource names synchronisation with the Plan, which was delegated to the downline Resellers. (BBB-7136)
Now English language is set by default for OCP and CCP after ActivePlatform deployment. (BBB-6908)
The "Шаблоны приложений" tab was renamed to "Услуги" in the Plan creation wizard in the Russian locale of the OCP. (BBB-4541)
The "Бесконечный" Plan period was renamed to "Бессрочный" in the Russian locale of the OCP and CCP. (BBB-6979)
