New features

Implemented the functionality of the financial blocking of the Account. The "Credit hold" status was added to the possible list of account statuses.
The Account with the "Active" status (or when the status is being changed to the "Active") can automatically get the "Credit hold" status in the following cases:
- The Account balance is lower than the "Credit limit", which is specified in the Account Class;
- The period, which had been set in the "Subzero period", ended.
The account status cannot be manually changed to "Credit hold" by Manager of the Operator / Reseller.
Subscriptions of the Account with the "Financial blocking" status can be stopped:
- automatically - if the customer has not paid the debt during the period specified in the "Subzero period" parameter, which was set in the Account Class;
- manually - by Manager of the Operator / Reseller in the "Manual Operations" section in the OCP.
The Subscription Status is saved and restored when the Account status is changed from the "Credit Hold" to "Active". Subscriptions, which are stopped manually, start only after manual confirmation.
Users of the Account in the "Credit hold" status have access to the CCP to access active services, view and top-up balance, order new commercial Subscriptions, and view the statistics. At the same time, Users cannot manage existing Subscriptions, regardless of their statuses (renewal, stop, switching Plans and etc.) and order trial Subscriptions.
The information about Account blocking is displayed to all Account's Users in the CCP.
The Account with the "Credit hold" status can automatically receive the "Active" status if the Account balance becomes greater or equal to the "Credit limit".
The "Credit hold" status cannot be manually changed by the Manager of the Operator / Reseller. (BBB-5885)
Implemented the new functionality of sending and managing SMS notifications. Added the ability to configure sending SMS notifications with the following settings:
- Parameter for setting the number of days before the expiration date of the Subscription, upon which SMS is sent.
- Parameter for setting the time at which you want to send an SMS notification.
- Parameter for setting the Subscription type for which you want to send SMS notifications (trial subscription / commercial subscription).
The customer can manage (enable/disable) the sending of SMS notifications for any category of notification in the CCP. (BBB-5882)
Changed the work of export function in the OCP. Now, after pressing the export button on the Tool bar of the AcvitePlatform entity, the file with exported data is sent to the Manager's email, who has requested the data. (BBB-5767)
[Microsoft Azure] Implemented the daily check by the schedule for actual subscriptions' statuses in Microsoft Partner Center in order to synchronize them with Subscriptions' statuses in ActivePlatform. Daily at 21.30 by server's time, Subscriptions' statuses in Microsoft are checked and Subscriptions are updated in ActivePlatform. If the Subscription was deleted in Microsoft Partner Center, the Subscription will get the "Deleted" status in ActivePlatform and will become unavailable for activation. If the action, which has already been performed in Microsoft Partner Center, is performed in ActivePlatform, then after synchronization, the Subscription in ActivePlatform gets the same status as in Microsoft Partner Center. Improvements

Changed the way of displaying Plan periods on the Order confirmation page in the CCP. Now, the Plan period is displayed as a whole number of years/months/days. (BBB-5836)
The «Период блокировки» field was renamed to «Разрешенный период отрицательного баланса» on the pages of creation and editing of the Account Classes in the OCP. The available period of subzero balance is endless if the "-1" value has been set in the «Разрешенный период отрицательного баланса» field. (BBB-5889)
The pop-up message (which contain information about how many days account can have subzero balance, credit limit and link to top-up) appears when place the mouse cursor near warning icon instead click on the icon. (BBB-5892)
The "Manager" column was added to the "Subscriptions" page in the OCP. This column displays the subscription manager name. (AAA-1838)
Improved the functionality of working with TLDs in the OCP. Now the Domain zone name can contain from 2 to 63 characters. (AAA-1837)
