New features and enhancements:

Improved renewing of annual Google Workspace subscriptions with changing the amount of resources


Previously, annual Google Workspace subscriptions billed monthly or yearly could be renewed only with the current amount of resources or the amount equal to the number of active assigned licenses on the Google side. Now changing the amount of resources is available. The platform checks that the new amount of a resource is not less than the number of active assigned licenses on the Google side. The platform also checks the plan SKU of a subscription on the Google side. If it differs from the SKU in the platform, the subscription on the Google side is recreated with the new SKU which matches the SKU in the platform. (CR-1333)

Implemented signing in to the Operator Control Panel with a Microsoft account via the Microsoft AppSource catalog


The ability to sign in to the Operator Control Panel with a Microsoft account is mandatory for publishing the ActivePlatform application in the Microsoft AppSource catalog. Using a Microsoft account to access the Operator Control Panel is only available for managers who contacted via the ActivePlatform application in the Microsoft AppSource catalog. For authentication of a manager, the platform uses the implemented integration with the Microsoft Azure AD service and the manager's account in the Operator Control Panel that should be created manually using the contact information in the request. Improved user experience in the platform


Operator Control Panel:

  • The resource SKU value is now displayed on the pages of adding resources to a new and existing plan (the "External ID" parameter). The appearance of these pages has been improved to better displaying the name, amount, and prices of resources. (CR-1199)


  • For the Microsoft Office 365 service, a field with the add-on SKU has been renamed to "SKU (Offer ID)". (CR-1199)
  • The report with the payments list includes a column with the name of an account linked to a payment. (CR-1308, SAP-12540)
  • In the Google Workspace subscription migration wizard, an account type with the "business" key is selected by default if the reseller has such an account type. (CR-1133, SAP-10087)

General improvements:

  • Logging of the validation service events has been improved. (CR-1381)
  • The description of the order for changing the amount of resources has been improved on the order confirmation page, order information page, and linked payment information page. (CR-713)

Extended API


The API v3 methods for working with accounts of a reseller now include the self-registration attribute of an account. Filtering by the account creation date has been added to the lists of accounts. (CR-1300)

The API v3 methods for working with subscriptions of a reseller now include the individual price attribute of a subscription. (CR-1300)

The API v3 methods for working with plans of a reseller now include the net costs of resources and periods of a delegated plan. (CR-1300)

The API v3 methods for working with reseller charges now can include information about a plan resource linked to a reseller charge. (CR-1218, SAP-11356)

The API v3 methods for getting the list of additional attributes and their validation for service provisioning have been implemented for services based on the Office365 and MicrosoftCspProducts modules. (CR-1364)
