New features and enhancements:

Implemented the ability to select how to generate invoices closed by an external system

Resellers can select whether invoices closed by an external system will be joined for a customer. By default, the setting is enabled for all customers and inherited from account terms but can be redefined for a customer individually. Subscriptions can be included in a single invoice (and in a single payment — for the "Postpay" model) if they have the same billing day, payment model, and are ordered for the same service provided that for this service, invoices are closed by an external system (for example, Microsoft Azure Plan and Google Cloud Platform). Previously, for services with invoices closed by an external system, only separate invoices per subscription could be issued. (CR-1720)

Improved the renewal process of Microsoft NCE subscriptions

The new logic ensures that the auto-renewal option on the Microsoft side will be activated only for the moment of the subscription renewing. During the renewal order provisioning, the platform activates the auto-renewal option of a subscription on the Microsoft side and waits until the subscription is renewed on the Microsoft side. When the subscription end date is changed, the platform deactivates the auto-renewal option on the Microsoft side. (CR-1810)

Improved the Microsoft NCE plan updater

The support of activating plans for products reappeared in the Microsoft price list has been added. Now, if a product reappears in the current Microsoft price list, the "NCE Plans Update" module activates the corresponding plans in the platform, including those delegated to downstream resellers. Added the ability to renew an annual Google Workspace subscription without temporal switching to Flexible

Resellers can now use an alternative way of renewing annual subscriptions if Google forbids them to switch the plan. In this case, to renew an annual Google Workspace subscription, the platform uses the subscription renewal settings manually configured by a manager via the Google Admin Console. The resource quantity in a renewal order must correspond to these renewal settings, otherwise the renewal process in the platform fails. (CR-1803)

Implemented a tool to regenerate charges of Microsoft NCE subscriptions for external ERP systems without alignment by months 

For annual Microsoft NCE subscriptions billed monthly (P1Y:Monthly) within the "Postpay" model, charges related to sales orders, renewal orders, or change orders can be regenerated with respect to the subscription activation day instead of the first day of the month. The operation is performed by technical support on request for resellers who need to export charges to third-party ERP systems configured to receive data without alignment by calendar months.
