Version 6.6. Release date 04 October 2022

New features and enhancements:

Implemented integration with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

Within the integration, customers can order subscriptions to backup services by Acronis with a free period until the end of the month they are ordered. The integration is implemented using Vendor Portal and includes plans for backing up the following objects:

  • Microsoft 365 seats.
  • Workstations.
  • Servers.
  • Virtual machines.
  • Mobile devices.

For all subscriptions of an account in the platform, one tenant and the shared storage are used on the Acronis side. The storage size equals the total quantity of the resource of the active subscriptions of an account. (CR-1814)

Added the ability to migrate Google Cloud Platform subscriptions

A manager can migrate to the platform active Google Cloud Platform subscriptions of a customer, all at once or one by one. To migrate all subscriptions of a customer at once, it is necessary to specify the ID of a customer on the Google side. To migrate just one subscription of a customer, it is necessary to specify its corresponding billing subaccount ID. The platform automatically checks all requirements and displays the number of the customer's subscriptions ready for migration. Previously migrated subscriptions are automatically skipped and not migrated twice. (CR-1336)

Added the active accounts report

A manager can request the list of accounts with at least one active subscription — trial or paid. The trial, paid, and one-time subscriptions in the report are counted separately for every account. (CR-1801)

Improved integration with Allsoft payment gateway (Softline Payments API)

  • Support of the "Payment failed" event in the payment gateway has been added. (CR-1849)
  • Support of the JSON format for events in the payment gateway has been added. (CR-1850)
  • Sending the number of a payment in the platform to the payment gateway has been implemented so it can be displayed to a buyer. (CR-1818)

Improved user experience in the platform

  • In the Operator Control Panel, in the list of orders, a column with the provisioning date has been added. (CR-1816)
  • The user experience on the authorization page of the Customer Control Panel has been improved. (CR-1854)
  • In the Operator Control Panel, it is now possible to migrate only selected Microsoft NCE subscriptions of a customer. Previously, only all subscriptions could be migrated. It allows managers to distribute migrated subscriptions among different accounts of the same customer. (CR-1795)
  • For payment plugins in the platform, support of authorization with a JWT token has been added. (CR-1855)
  • Automatic obtaining of a link to confirm the relationship with a Microsoft CSP reseller has been implemented. Previously, a manager had to manually request the link in the Microsoft Partner Center and save it in the Operator Control Panel in the Office365 module settings. (CR-954)

Extended API

Several API v3 methods have been improved: for methods used for managing payments, information about the third-party invoice amount and currency has been added for a payment linked to a postpaid invoice with external management. (CR-1842)

New methods of the internal API have been implemented. (CR-1556)
