New features and enhancements:

Added support for multi-factor authentication (MFA) in the Customer Control Panel


All users can now have a mobile authenticator application to log into the Customer Control Panel. After configuring, an application (for example, from Microsoft or Google) displays a verification code that changes every 30 seconds. A user must specify the code after entering the login and password in the platform. The account owner can choose whether MFA should be required for all its users, and resellers may force using MFA for all customers. (CR-2089)

Added display of recommended products in the Customer Control Panel


If a reseller has set up product recommendations and enabled the widget to be displayed to their customers, the main page of the Customer Control Panel and the detail page of each active subscription display a list of recommended products. Each product is displayed as a card with a link, similar to the catalog. (CR-2178)

Extended integration with Microsoft services


  • It is now possible to order a subscription to a Microsoft NCE addon when the customer's main subscription is linked to another reseller. (CR-2321, SAP-20014)
  • The period for retrying API requests to Microsoft Partner Center has been increased to reduce the number of errors due to its unavailability. (CR-2397)

Improved user experience in the platform


In the Customer Control Panel:

  • The display of buttons has been improved for products with trial plans and products with pay-as-you-go payments. (CR-2466, CR-2468)
  • The content of the "Analytics" tab on the subscription detail page has been hidden. Now, information about subscription consumption is available only in the general "Analytics" section. (CR-2454)
  • On the main page, the animated set of product logos has been hidden. (CR-2507)
  • The display of titles, breadcrumbs, and a hint with the password requirements has been improved. (AB-39729, AB-39174, AB-39176)

In the Operator Control Panel:

  • In the "Product recommendations" section, the "Log" tab has been added. (AB-39494)
  • On a detailed invoice page, information about the period and resource unit price has been added to the charges. (CR-1236)

The appearance of the catalog, product category, and product pages in Reseller Store has been improved for better display of long names. (CR-2267)

The appearance of the catalog, product category, and product pages in the Customer Store's Storefront has been aligned with the design of the internal catalog of the Customer Control Panel, maintaining its current functionality. (CR-2349)

General improvements:

  • In the PDF receipt template of the "CheckCash" payment plugin, support for a placeholder to display the plan name for a grouped charge has been added. (CR-2491, SAP-21395)
  • The support for values greater than 2 147 483 647 has been implemented for price entities in the platform and for the spending budget settings. (CR-2416, SAP-20800)
