New features and enhancements:

Extended integration with Microsoft services

  • The support for localized plan names automatically created by Microsoft Plan Updater has been added. The SKU name from the Microsoft price list is appended with a description of the corresponding TermDuration and BillingPlan parameters in the default language of the Operator Control Panel. The translations are configured in the same external service as for the user interface. (CR-2645, SAP-22448)
  • The platform now synchronizes Microsoft Azure Plan subscription statuses daily with their statuses on the Microsoft side. To simplify managers' work, no manual operations are generated to stop and delete subscriptions with synchronization. (CR-2697, SAP-22744)
  • For migrated Microsoft NCE, Software Subscription, and Azure Plan subscriptions, the data about the manager who performed the migration is now saved in the "Requester IP" and "Manager" fields of the sales order". (CR-2766, SAP-23072)
  • The algorithm for selecting Microsoft Special Offers subscriptions available for migration has been improved. (CR-2767, SAP-23074)
  • In the Customer Control Panel, in the "Analytics" section, the ability to filter resources consumed within the Azure Savings Plan has been added. (CR-2463)

Implemented automatic currency rate update

The root reseller administrator can configure automatic currency rate updates on a schedule from an external source (for example, NetSuite) and initiate updates manually. The new rates will be applied to all downstream resellers except those who have set their own values.

Additionally, the ability to set a currency adjustment coefficient has been added, which affects the calculation of prices and charges. By default, this coefficient is set to 1 and automatically applied to all downstream resellers, although they can configure their own values for each currency. The adjusted currency rate is displayed in the Customer Control Panel. (CR-736)

Added a tool for customer onboarding and communication in the stories format 

A new widget with a collection of stories is available on the main page of the Customer Control Panel. It provides a modern way to interact with short vertical videos and slides. Resellers can add text descriptions and buttons to the stories, using them as a versatile communication tool to showcase instructions for new features or highlight products. (CR-2292)

Improved user experience in the platform

In the Customer Control Panel:

  • Handling of situations when a plan became unavailable for ordering new subscriptions has been improved:

    • Restored the ability to switch a previously ordered subscription to another plan.
    • Restored the ability to renew a previously ordered subscription if the plan is unpublished but still active.
    • When attempting to order a new subscription, instead of a 404 error, a message is displayed about the unavailability of the selected plan, with a button to navigate to the catalog. (CR-2743)
  • Improved display of zero values ​​in charts in the "Cost overview" section. (CR-2463)

In the Operator Control Panel:

  • The behavior of date picker fields has been improved when autofill is enabled in the browser. (CR-2750, SAP-22988)

General improvements:

  • Various technical improvements have been implemented. (CR-2418)

Extended API

New methods of the internal API have been implemented, and several existing ones have been improved. (CR-2743, CR-2292)

A new API v3 method has been implemented to update currency rates with support for a currency adjustment coefficient. (CR-736)
