New features and enhancements:

Extended integration with Microsoft services

  • A daily PEC check for Microsoft Azure Plan subscriptions has been implemented. In the Operator Control Panel, in the "Microsoft PEC Checkup" section, managers can view the subscription list, PEC status, and other parameters to avoid selling at a loss considering customer discounts. Additionally, notifications about PEC status changes from the previous day can be configured. (CR-2658)
  • In the Customer Control Panel, in the "Analytics" section, the logic for filtering resources consumed within the Azure RI service has been improved. (CR-2710)
  • In the Customer Control Panel, a step-by-step guide on linking an existing domain to a reseller has been added to the Microsoft subscription order page. (CR-2799, SAP-23327, SAP-23351)

Implemented sending PDF certificates for completed orders

Using new notification events and a customizable template, a reseller can send branded documents to customers and managers that detail the ordered items. Such certificates can be sent separately for each order, including automatically created orders for migrated Microsoft NCE and Microsoft Software subscriptions, or consolidated into a single certificate for all orders placed for a customer during a selected period: daily, weekly, or monthly. Additionally, notifications can be customized based on payment model, service term, order type, and plan category. (CR-2701, SAP-22622)

Implemented integration of the external storefront and catalog in the Customer Control Panel

For seamless use of the Storefront and Customer Control Panel, both platform elements are now accessible under the same domain with a unified authentication system. The interface has also been streamlined with a shared header featuring a catalog search and user menu. Additionally, resellers can now restrict access to the catalog for unauthorized users. Improved user experience in the platform

In the Customer Control Panel:

  • In the "Analytics — Cost overview" section, the display of charts with a large number of elements has been optimized. Now, only up to 10 elements with the highest consumption can be displayed on charts. The rest, if present, are automatically combined into the "Others" group. (CR-2721)
  • The display of the hint with password requirements has been improved. (CR-2729, SAP-22915)
  • A redirection logic has been implemented to guide users from the catalog to the login or registration page based on whether they have an account. (CR-2797, SAP-23293)

General improvements:

  • Various technical improvements have been implemented. (CR-2739, CR-2784, AB-43440)

Extended API

New methods of the internal API have been implemented, and several existing ones have been improved. (CR-2710, CR-2663, CR-2668, CR-2756)
