New features and enhancements:

Extended integration with Microsoft services

  • Synchronization with Microsoft for subscription renaming has been implemented, covering changes made via both the Operator Control Panel and the Customer Control Panel. Previously, subscription names were only synchronized with Microsoft at the time of purchase (CR-2324).
  • Daily status synchronization with Microsoft has been implemented for all subscriptions. As a result, a subscription in the platform may be stopped, activated, or deleted to match its current status on the Microsoft side. Previously implemented status synchronization for Microsoft Azure Plan subscriptions has been improved. Subscriptions transferred to another Microsoft partner are also deleted as a result of synchronization. (CR-2075, CR-2761, SAP-18523)
  • The logic for selecting a new domain when ordering a Microsoft subscription has been improved. Now, when choosing the "New Microsoft Tenant Name" option, the subdomain toggle is enabled automatically. (CR-2802, SAP-23351)
  • A check for the availability of deleting a subscription on the Microsoft side has been added when trying to delete it in the platform. The logic for closing charges for migrated subscriptions, considering the deletion availability period, has been improved. (CR-2575)

Implemented a new logic for determining the availability of plans for purchase and renewal

Instead of the plan status, a group of settings has been implemented, allowing resellers to manage plan availability more flexibly. The ability to place sales and renewal orders, including auto-renewal, can now be configured separately for users of both the Operator Control Panel and the Customer Control Panel.

The visibility of a plan in the catalog is now determined solely by the existing "Public" attribute. If a plan is visible in the catalog but unavailable for purchase, customers can contact the reseller via the specified email address.

This new logic has also been integrated into the Microsoft plan auto-update module. For outdated products, existing plans are hidden from the catalog, and their purchase by both managers and customers is prohibited (CR-2747, SAP-22799).

Added daily synchronization of the Operator Control Panel user statuses with Microsoft

For the previously implemented functionality of logging into the Operator Control Panel with a Microsoft account, automatic deactivation of manager accounts deactivated on the Microsoft side has been added. (CR-2564)

Improved user experience in the platform

In the Customer Control Panel:

  • When a user enters a search query without clicking the search button, a menu with results in the following groups is now displayed:

    • Product categories.

    • Products.

    • Vendors.

    • Plans. (CR-2812)

  • The appearance of the floating "Help" widget has been improved. (CR-2800)

General improvements:

  • Support for new placeholders has been added for payment methods based on the CheckCash plugin. (CR-2776)
  • Various technical improvements have been implemented. (CR-2759, CR-2787, AB-43623, AB-43669, AB-43752, AB-43769, AB-43787, AB-43528, AB-43786)

Extended API

New methods of the internal API have been implemented, and several existing ones have been improved. (CR-2324, CR-2575, CR-2747)
