Version 9.2. Release date 08 April 2025
New features and enhancements:
Extended integration with Microsoft services
- Handling of Customer Consent for Microsoft Azure Plan subscriptions has been improved. Support for getting Customer Consent for migrated subscriptions has been implemented, and error handling (including subscription orders) has been added. User role change steps when stopping, activating, and deleting a subscription have been removed as outdated. (CR-2641)
- Search and automatic application of Microsoft Promo discounts have been added when purchasing subscriptions for products across various catalog segments. Previously, discounts were only supported for the Commercial segment. (CR-2829, SAP-23610)
- The migration process for Microsoft Azure Plan subscriptions has been improved to support customers with a large number of subscriptions. Now, similar to the Microsoft NCE subscription migration, asynchronous tasks are created after completing the migration and executed in the background. (CR-2716)
Implemented support for multiple reseller organizations in AWS
To work with multiple organizations in AWS, a reseller can manually set pairs of Access key ID and Secret access key values in the product settings in the platform. The current values are used only when ordering a new subscription and are saved for future management, even if the reseller changes the settings and switches to another organization. (CR-2821)
Added the ability to restrict balance top-ups by customers
A reseller can prohibit customers from topping up their balance independently while creating a top-up payment via the Operator Control Panel remains possible. Funds can still be credited to the balance automatically, for example, upon refund. The new setting works within the previously implemented logic of availability of actions with the balance in the Customer Control Panel. (CR-2775)
Improved logic for subscription prolongation under postpaid model with usage commitment
For subscriptions using the "Postpay" model with Monthly Commitment or Monthly Calendar Commitment billing types, prolong orders are now automatically generated throughout the entire subscription period — even if the subscription is stopped. This ensures accurate tracking of the customer's usage commitment. Previously, when a reseller suspended customer access due to overdue payments, such cases had to be handled manually. Now, the platform continues to automatically generate prolong orders and issue invoices until the end of the subscription period. (CR-2682, SAP-22678)
Improved user experience in the platform
In the Customer Control Panel:
- In the "Analytics — Cost overview" section, when a monthly granularity is selected, it is now possible to view the data for the last closed billing period. (CR-2852)
- The catalog search has been improved — the number of search parameters has been changed. (CR-2847)
- In the "Billing — Balance statement" section, the tooltip text has been expanded: information has been added that data from the table can be downloaded. (CR-2633)
- For all order types, on the confirmation step, a message has been added about the order and payment processing rules regarding the subscription type and payment model. (CR-2777)
In the Operator Control Panel:
- The logic for logging in to the Customer Control Panel has been improved. (CR-2830)
- The logic for generating a report on subscriptions for a selected period has been changed. Now, subscriptions are included in the report based on the start date, not the creation date. (CR-2808, SAP-23417)
General improvements:
- Message texts have been unified for changing the resource amount in the Operator Control Panel and Customer Control Panel. (CR-2595)
- For the "Billing day for account's subscription has come" notification event handler, the ability to configure the triggering has been added depending on the amount of charges in the "Closed" status for the past billing period for the subscription. (CR-2778, SAP-23189)
- Various technical improvements have been implemented. (CR-2785, CR-2810 (SAP-23428), CR-2822, CR-2826 (SAP-23595), AB-43983, AB-43969, AB-43967, AB-44053, AB-44063, AB-44106)
