New features and enhancements:

Extended integration with Microsoft services

Support for handling multiple invoices per billing period has been added for Microsoft Azure Plan subscriptions. Now, consumption data is generated based on all relevant invoices rather than just one, as was previously implemented. (CR-2790)

Added integration with the Cookiebot consent management platform

A reseller can enable the use of Cookiebot CMP for the Customer Control Panel by specifying a domain ID in the configuration settings. After that, customer users will be able to choose whether to allow cookies and manage their consent settings on a dedicated page. This integration ensures transparency in data collection and helps meet legal requirements (for example, GDPR). (CR-2849)

Implemented the first phase of the initiative to simplify the reseller management model

As part of the planned transition from a hierarchical reseller structure in the platform to a flat model with a direct relationship to the root reseller, the following changes have been made:

  • Cost calculation has been implemented in customer charges with optional tax inclusion. At the same time, reseller charges have been fully deprecated. The logic for creating and applying "Reseller" discounts has also been revised, including support for Microsoft Promo discounts. (CR-2879)

  • Additional reseller attributes and their categories have been migrated, and links between parent and child resellers have been removed. (CR-2895)

Improved user experience in the platform

In the Customer Control Panel:

  • The order report has been enhanced. It now includes detailed information about ordered items: description, quantity, amount, plan price per unit with currency, discount amount, and period. Previously, the report used data based on charges at the time of generation, which could later lead to discrepancies. (CR-2572)

  • The message text when changing the "Auto-renewal" option has been improved. (CR-2773)

  • Filter behavior in the order list has been updated. Cancelled orders are now hidden by default to simplify work with current data. (CR-2884, SAP-23901)

  • In the "Analytics" section, the display of processing status for one-time subscription consumption reports has been improved to show updates immediately after creation. (CR-2833, SAP-23443)

General improvements:

  • A placeholder has been added for the "Before account's postpaid subscriptions expiration" notification rule to allow splitting the subscription list by status. (CR-2773)

  • Various technical improvements have been implemented. (CR-2868, CR-2887, AB-44376)

Extended API

New internal API methods have been implemented, and existing ones improved. (CR-2849)

API v3 has been updated to support cost calculation in customer charges and to deprecate reseller charges. (CR-2879)
