New features and enhancements:

Extended integration with Microsoft services

Improved management of Microsoft tariff plans using Microsoft EOS (End of Support) price list. Microsoft Plan Updater module has been enhanced to receive EOS offers, including those that are no longer available to new customers but are available for renewal during the lifecycle of existing subscriptions.

  • Implemented receiving of the EOS price list as a part of Microsoft plan updating process.
  • Added the funtionality to generate a combined price list from GA (Generally Available) and EOS price lists.
  • Implemented operations on plans from the EOS price list based on the existing logic for GA plans.
  • Creation of plans based on EOS price list data.
  • Update the cost, ERP price, and EOS plan name. (CR-2781)
  • Updated the discount application logic for Microsoft subscriptions enabling resellers to provide clients with more favourable terms than Microsoft's standard promotions. The logic for selecting discounts for subscriptions has been updated: now the platform selects the best available discount regardless of its type. (CR-2727)

Optimized the mechanism for placing orders for Microsoft subscriptions

Microsoft Customer Agreement parameter has been refined to optimize the subscription creation. It has become optional and is no longer required to create a tenant. (CR-2960)

Improved statistics widget on the main page of the Customer Control Panel

The functionality of the widget that displays "active" and "expiring" subscription statuses has been improved. The widget now identifies the status of active subscriptions by adding the expiration date to the manual renewal period and compares the result with the current date. (CR-2922, SAP-24190)

Added display of SKU on the product page of the Customer Control Panel

The SKUs are now displayed both on the product page of the showcase and in the page with the subscription details, allowing clients to quickly compare commercial information on subscriptions.  (CR-2914) 

Implemented the first stage of integration with Ingram Cloud Marketplace

Implemented integration with the Ingram Cloud Marketplace as part of the new ActivePlatform architecture via a dedicated Ingram module. Connection to Ingram Marketplace API is established via an authorization token, based on the specific configuration parameters defined in the Ingram module.

The new functionality introduces support for viewing Microsoft subscriptions acquired via the Ingram Cloud Marketplace. The Ingram module aggregates Microsoft subscription data, allowing resellers to view it in a unified list on the platform. The list contains key attributes: client name, subscription status, and creation date. (CR-2090, CR-2930)

Improved user experience in the platform

In the Customer Control Panel:

  • User session security has been improved by introducing a fixed user-friendly session duration of 4 hours, with the session ending after 30 minutes of inactivity, identical to the Operator Control panel. (CR-2875)

In the Operator Control Panel:

  • Implemented an automated process for updating managers in subscriptions. When the account-level manager changes, all active services automatically receive the updated account manager assignment. (CR-2883, SAP-23861)
  • In the “Microsoft PEC Checkup” section, the margin calculation for Azure Plan subscriptions has been enhanced. Margin is calculated based on Partner Earned Credit (PEC) with a surcharge (>1 or <1) and excluding taxes. 
  • Reduced request processing time: by clicking on the link in the email, the recipient immediately gains access to a specific price request. (CR-2949)

General improvements:

  • Improved functionality for resellers requiring centralized and scalable user rights management. Added the ability to upload an XLS file to create and update the roles of the users and their permissions. (CR-2819)
  • Added support for the quote.id placeholder in the notification template for the "Request for a quote changed" event. (CR-2949)
  • Various technical improvements have been implemented. (CR-2907, CR-2959, CR-2837, CR-2912)

Extended API

New API methods have been implemented, and existing ones improved. (AB-45433)
