Catalog

The Catalog is the list of offers from cloud service providers. Here you can select a product and a plan to order a subscription for a partner's customer. For more information about ordering a subscription, see Order subscription.

The catalog in Reseller Store has the following structure:

  • Categories — the list of groups of products by service providers.
    • Products — the list of products within a category. 
      • Plans — the product description and the list of plans within a product.

To go to the catalog of cloud services, select Catalog in the navigation menu. The Categories page is displayed.

Categories

In the Category group, you can view the list of product categories. Every category is a card with a logo and title.

Categories are sorted by priority set in ActivePlatform. Categories with the same priority are sorted by name (digits, from A to Z, from А to Я).

Products

Products from one service provider are grouped in a category.

To go to the list of products of a category, in the Categories section, click the corresponding card. A page with the list of products of the selected category will be displayed.

The list of products of the selected category includes the following information:

  • The category name.
  • Cards of the products:
    • The product logo.
    • The product name.
    • The product price — the lowest subscription price in the plan currency. If any of the plans has a trial period, the product price is equal to 0.

Products are sorted by price, from lowest to highest. Products with the same price are sorted by name (digits, from A to Z, from А to Я).

Product description and the list of plans

The product description includes marketing and other information about an offer from a service provider. A plan is a set of pricing terms within a product that a service provider offers to customers to use a service.

To go to the product description and its list of plans, click the required product card in the list of products of the selected category. A page with the description of the selected product and the list of its plans will be displayed.

Product description

On this page, you can view the following information about a product;

  • The product name.
  • The service provider (vendor) name — if there is.
  • The category name — as a link to a page with the list of products in this category.
  • Show detained description — a link to display additional information about the product:
    • Screenshots of the product.
    • Videos about the product.
    • A description of the features and benefits of the product.
    • Links to the product documentation.
    • Support information.

To hide additional information about the product, click Show detained description one more time.

The Show detained description link and any of the elements may not be displayed if a product does not have the corresponding description.

Tariff plans

in the Tariff plans section, you can view the following information about plans of a product represented in cards:

  • The plan name.
  • The plan SKU (part number).

  • The billing type — a charging model that defines the regularity of payments for a subscription. Click  to view a tooltip with the terms of a billing type.

    • Long-term — annual payments.
    • Monthly — monthly payments.
    • Monthly endless — monthly payments, perpetual subscription (endless period).
    • Monthly Commitment — monthly payments, one-year commitment to using the ordered amount of resources.
    • Monthly for ESET — monthly payments, subscription to the ESET service for ISPs.
    • Non-Recurring — one-time payment.
    • Non-Refund — monthly payments, one-year commitment to using the ordered amount of resources.

    • PAYG external — usage-based payments (Pay-as-you-go), calculated on the service side.

    • PAYG internal — usage-based payments (Pay-as-you-go), calculated in ActivePlatform.

    • Pay-in-full — monthly payments for the maximum used amount of resources. The period from the purchase day to the first day of the next month is free.
    • Reservation — payments for the full period of a subscription in advance.
    • License-based (Monthly) — monthly payments for the maximum used amount of resources. The period from the purchase day to the first day of the next month is free.

  • The plan description. Long descriptions are trimmed by the Show detailed description link. Click the link to view the full description.

  • The plan price — the minimal price of a subscription in the plan currency for a given charging period without any possible discount. Free — for plans that have a trial period.

    The charging period depends on the billing type:

  • Discount — the percentage of a discount available for the partner.

    Information about a discount is provided for reference and does not guarantee that the discount will be applied. The discount amount is calculated after closing a billing period. By that moment, another discount may become available for the partner, or the current discount may expire.

  • A button to purchase a subscription (see Order subscription):
    • Try — the button is displayed if the plan has a trial period.
    • Order — the button is displayed if the plan has no trial periods.

Plans are sorted by price, from lowest to highest. Plans with the same price are sorted by name (digits, from A to Z, from А to Я).

The plan SKU (part number) and the plan description may not be displayed if the product does not have the corresponding information.
