My subscriptions

You can use the My subscriptions section to manage subscriptions ordered for partner's customers by any manager (see Order subscription) as follows:

  • View and filter the list of all subscriptions.
  • View the detailed information about a subscription.
  • Stop, activate, renew a subscription, and change the amount of its resources.

To go to the list of subscriptions, select My subscriptions in the navigation menu. A page with a table and filters is displayed.

Table

The table is a multipage list with information about subscriptions in the rows. For the general rules of working with tables in Reseller Store, see Navigation.

Select the columns with information about subscriptions you want to see in the table:

  1. Click gear Table view. The list of all columns is displayed.
  2. Select the checkboxes of the required columns:
    • Subscription name — the ID, name, and the status of a subscription (see Subscription details). This column is always displayed.

      • Active — a subscription is running.
      • Delivered — a subscription with the Non-Recurring billing type is activated.
      • Stopped — a subscription is temporarily stopped.
      • Deleted — a subscription is permanently deleted.
      • New order — a subscription is just ordered, activating is expected.
      • Waiting for manual approve — an operation for a subscription should be approved manually by a manager.
      • Graced — a subscription was not paid timely. After expiring the grace period, the subscription will be stopped.
      • Installing — installing the ordered resources of a subscription is undergoing.
      • Activating — activating a subscription is undergoing.
      • Renewing — renewing a subscription is undergoing.
      • Updating — updating the ordered resources of a subscription is undergoing.
      • Switching — the subscription plan is switching.
      • Stopping — stopping a subscription is undergoing.
      • Deleting — deleting a subscription is undergoing.
      • Installation failed — an error occurred during the resources installation process.
      • Activation failed — an error occurred during the subscription activation process.
      • Renewal failed — an error occurred during the subscription renewing process.
      • Updating failed — an error occurred during the resources updating process.
      • Switching failed — an error occurred during the subscription plan switch.
      • Stopping failed — an error occurred during the subscription stopping process.
      • Deleting failed — an error occurred during the subscription deletion process.

    • Client — the name of a customer who uses a subscription (see Client details).
    • Activation date — the first day of the working period of a subscription. By default, the column is not displayed.
    • Expiration date — the last day of the working period of a subscription. In the table, below the expiration date, you can view the status of the Auto-renew option of a subscription. If the Auto-renew checkbox is selected, the subscription will be renewed for the next period automatically.
    • Billing type — the charging model that defines the regularity of payments for a subscription. By default, the column is not displayed.

      • Long-term — annual payments.
      • Monthly — monthly payments.
      • Monthly endless — monthly payments, perpetual subscription (endless period).
      • Monthly Commitment — monthly payments, one-year commitment to using the ordered amount of resources.
      • Monthly for ESET — monthly payments, subscription to the ESET service for ISPs.
      • Non-Recurring — one-time payment.
      • Non-Refund — monthly payments, one-year commitment to using the ordered amount of resources.
      • PAYG external — usage-based payments (Pay-as-you-go), calculated on the service side.

      • PAYG internal — usage-based payments (Pay-as-you-go), calculated in ActivePlatform.

      • Pay-in-full — monthly payments for the maximum used amount of resources. The period from the purchase day to the first day of the next month is free.
      • Reservation — payments for the full period of a subscription in advance.
      • License-based (Monthly) — monthly payments for the maximum used amount of resources. The period from the purchase day to the first day of the next month is free.

    • Number of basic units resource — the amount of the primary resource of a subscription.

If any of the subscriptions in the list has a "transitional" status, the page is updated automatically until all subscriptions get a "stable" status. For more information, see Subscription management.

Quick actions

You can perform the following actions for a subscription on the page:

  • Stop or Activate a subscription — in the Subscription name column, click the subscription status and select an action from the list. In a pop-up window, confirm the action.
  • Manage the subscription auto-renewing — in the Expiration date column, select or clear the Auto-renew checkbox. In a pop-up window, confirm the action.
  • Change the amount of the primary subscription resource:
    1. In the Number of basic units resource column, click pencil. A field for entering the value appears.
    2. Enter the new amount of the primary subscription resource.

      Please note a hint with information about the available range for a resource:

      • Included — the amount of a resource included in the subscription cost. A customer only pays for any amount above the included.
      • From — the minimal amount of a resource mandatory for ordering.
      • To — the maximum amount of a resource available for ordering.

      If you enter a value out of the available range, the element gets the red color. Check the hint and enter the correct value.

    3. Click check and in a pop-up window, confirm the action.

The availability of the actions depends on the current date, the subscription status, and some other circumstances. As a result, some elements may become read-only or not be displayed at all. For more information about actions with a subscription, see Subscription management.

Clients and Sorting

By default, you can see subscriptions of all customers. The list is sorted by activation date, with the most recent on the top.

Select the customers whose subscriptions to be displayed in the list:

  1. Click Clients. The list of all customers of the partner appears. The customers in the list are sorted by the number of their subscriptions, from largest to smallest. The already selected customers are displayed on the top of the list.

    One customer's name in the list may represent several customers with different IDs if they have identical names.

  2. Select the checkboxes of the required customers. To quickly find a customer, start typing the name in the Search for client field.
  3. To close the list of customers, click Clients one more time.

Select the preferable order of displaying subscriptions:

  1. Click Sorting. The sorting setting options appears.
  2. In the Sort on list, select the attribute used for sorting:
    • Activation date
    • Expiration date
  3. In the Sort order list, select the sorting direction:
    • From earliest to latest
    • From latest to earliest
  4. To close the sorting setting options, click Sorting one more time.

Filters

Filters for the list of subscriptions may be displayed as follows:

  • Expanded — to the right of the table.
  • Collapsed — on the top of the table, if more than 5 columns are displayed in the table. To expand the filter settings, click Filters.

    If any of the filters are applied, the Filters button is highlighted.

In the filter settings, select subscriptions to be displayed in the list:

  • Status — subscriptions with the selected statuses. If there are more than 15 options in the list, start typing in the Search in statuses field to quickly find a status.
  • Trial:
    • Yes — free subscriptions to a trial period. The Trial label is displayed in the subscription name.
    • No — paid (commercial) subscriptions.
  • Activation date — subscriptions with the activation date within the selected range. To select the range, click calendar and specify the first and the last day using the calendar.
  • Expiration date — subscriptions with the expiration date within the selected range:
    • In the range of 7 days — subscriptions with the expiration date upcoming within a week from the current date.
    • In the range of 30 days — subscriptions with the expiration date upcoming within a month from the current date.
    • Another data range — subscriptions with the expiration date within a custom range. To select the range, click calendar and specify the first and the last day using the calendar.
  • Billing type — subscriptions with the selected billing types.

    • Long-term — annual payments.
    • Monthly — monthly payments.
    • Monthly endless — monthly payments, perpetual subscription (endless period).
    • Monthly Commitment — monthly payments, one-year commitment to using the ordered amount of resources.
    • Monthly for ESET — monthly payments, subscription to the ESET service for ISPs.

  • Group — subscriptions to the selected products from the catalog (see Catalog).

To reset a filter, click Reset next to the filter name. To reset all filters, including Clients, click Reset all filters.

Every filter display up to 5 options. To view the rest options of a filter, click Show all. To return to displaying up to 5 options, click Hide.

To collapse or expand a filter, click its name.
