Cancelling a Dr.Web Subscription

To cancel a Dr. Web Subscription:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.

  3. Move the mouse pointer over to the Dr.Web Entry Point on the Application Dashboard. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.

  4. Click . The Dr.Web Entry Point menu is displayed.

  5. On the Subscription menu click Billing. The Workspace displays the Billing page.


  6. Click Cancel Subscription. 

  7. Click Confirm in the pop-up window.

    All Stations with the Running status receive the Stopped status. The status of deleted Stations does not change. The billing is stopped next day after Subscription cancellation.

  8. The Subscription receives the Stopped status.
