"Microsoft Azure RI" service

Microsoft Azure RI is an additional service for customers who already have Subscriptions to the Microsoft Azure service (see "Microsoft Azure" service). The Microsoft Azure RI service allows reserving compute capacity of the virtual machines in advance to reduce costs.
