Stopping and activating a "Microsoft Azure" Subscription

Microsoft Azure service is charged at the pay-as-you-go basis. You can stop and activate your Azure Subscription anytime.

Stopping an Azure Subscription

A stopped Azure Subscription will be deleted in Microsoft Partner Center.

To stop an Azure Subscription:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Move the mouse pointer to the Microsoft Azure Entry Point on the Application Dashboard. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
  3. Click . The Entry point menu is displayed.
  4. On the Entry point menu, click Billing. The Workspace displays the Billing page.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.
  6. Click Confirm in the pop-up window.
  7. The Subscription will be stopped and receive the Stopped status.

Activating an Azure Subscription

To activate a stopped Azure Subscription:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Move the mouse pointer to the Microsoft Azure Entry Point on the Application Dashboard. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
  3. Click .  The Entry point menu is displayed.

  4. On the Entry point menu, click Billing. The Workspace displays the Billing page.

    You can also access the Billing page from the Billing tab on the Navigation bar. In the Billing tab find and click the required Subscription.
  5. Click Activate Subscription.
  6. The Subscription will be activated and receive the Active status.
