Microsoft Exchange. Creating a contact

To create a contact of the Microsoft Exchange service:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
  3. Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
  4. On the Entry Point menu, click Contacts. The page with the list of contacts of the Microsoft Exchange service is displayed.
  5. Click Create contact. The page for creating a new contact is displayed.
  6. On the page for creating a new contact:
    1. In the Alias field, enter the alias of the contact.
    2. In the Display name field, enter the name that will be displayed for the contact.
    3. In the Email address field, enter the email of the contact.
    4. In the First name field, enter the first name of the contact.
    5. In the Last name field, enter the last name of the contact.
    6. In the Description field, enter the description for the contact
    7. To display the contact in the address book, select the Display in Address book checkbox.
    8. Optionally, enter contact info of the contact:
      1. Country
      2. Region
      3. City
      4. Street
      5. Building
      6. Zip
      7. Phone
      8. Work phone
      9. Fax
      10. Webpage
      11. Company
      12. Department
      13. Job title
  7. Click Create.
