Microsoft Exchange. Creating a contact
To create a contact of the Microsoft Exchange service:
- Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
- Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
- On the Entry Point menu, click Contacts. The page with the list of contacts of the Microsoft Exchange service is displayed.
- Click Create contact. The page for creating a new contact is displayed.
- On the page for creating a new contact:
- In the Alias field, enter the alias of the contact.
- In the Display name field, enter the name that will be displayed for the contact.
- In the Email address field, enter the email of the contact.
- In the First name field, enter the first name of the contact.
- In the Last name field, enter the last name of the contact.
- In the Description field, enter the description for the contact
- To display the contact in the address book, select the Display in Address book checkbox.
- Optionally, enter contact info of the contact:
- Country
- Region
- City
- Street
- Building
- Zip
- Phone
- Work phone
- Fax
- Webpage
- Company
- Department
- Job title
- Click Create.
