Recovering access to the Microsoft Exchange service
After recovering access to the Microsoft Exchange service, the email of a User will not be changed.
To recover access to the Microsoft Exchange service for a User previously blocked from the service:
- Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
- Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
- On the Entry Point menu, click Users. The page with the list of Users of the Microsoft Exchange service is displayed.
- Click Give Access. The list of Users of the Account previously blocked from the service is displayed.
- In the group of elements with the required User, update the following options (for the detailed description of the options, see Creating a user for the Microsoft Exchange service):
- License type
POP3
Outlook web access (OWA)
Outlook
IMAP4
ActiveSync
- Quota, GB
- Click Give Access. The User will get access to the Microsoft Exchange service.
