Recovering access to the Microsoft Exchange service

After recovering access to the Microsoft Exchange service, the email of a User will not be changed.

To recover access to the Microsoft Exchange service for a User previously blocked from the service:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
  3. Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
  4. On the Entry Point menu, click Users. The page with the list of Users of the Microsoft Exchange service is displayed.
  5. Click Give Access. The list of Users of the Account previously blocked from the service is displayed.
  6. In the group of elements with the required User, update the following options (for the detailed description of the options, see Creating a user for the Microsoft Exchange service):
    1. License type
    2. POP3

    3. Outlook web access (OWA)

    4. Outlook

    5. IMAP4

    6. ActiveSync

    7. Quota, GB
  7. Click Give Access. The User will get access to the Microsoft Exchange service.
