Managing permissions of a user of the Microsoft Exchange service

Permissions allow a User to access another User mailbox or send email messages that appear to come from another User (the Send As or Send on Behalf permissions).

To manage permissions of a user of the Microsoft Exchange service:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
  3. Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
  4. On the Entry Point menu, click Users. The page with the list of Users of the Account with access to the Microsoft Exchange service is displayed.
  5. Click the name of the required User. The User's details page is displayed.
  6. Go to Permissions. The Permissions page is displayed. The page includes the list of all mailboxes created within the Subscription but the main mailbox of the User, and the corresponding permissions of the User for every mailbox in the list.
  7. In the row with the required mailbox:
    1. To activate full access to the mailbox except sending messages, turn on the Mailbox permissions switch.
    2. To set permissions for sending messages, in the Send permissions list, select the required option of the following:
      • Send As
      • Send on Behalf
      The selected permissions will be applied automatically.
