ADSync. "Synchronization Log" section

The Synchronization Log section contains information about all synchronization sessions between Active Directory and ActivePlatform. To view the Synchronization Log section:

1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
2. Hover the mouse pointer over the ADSync Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
3. Click . The Entry point menu is displayed.

4. In the Entry point menu, click Synchronization Log. The page with information about all synchronization sessions between Active Directory and ActivePlatform is displayed.

The page includes a table with the following columns:

• Start time — time when a synchronization session started.
• Finish time — time when a synchronization session finished.
• IP address — IP address of a server for synchronization.
• Status — status of a synchronization session:
  • success — synchronization session completed without errors.
  • fail — synchronization session failed, see Errors.
• Modified objects — number of users modified, created or deleted during the synchronization session.
• Errors — number of errors during the synchronization session.

 To view the detailed information about a synchronization session, in the row with the required synchronization session, click Details.
