Configuring email forwarding for a user of the Microsoft Exchange service
To configure email forwarding for a user of the Microsoft Exchange service:
- Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
- Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
- On the Entry Point menu, click Users. The page with the list of Users of the Account with access to the Microsoft Exchange service is displayed.
- Click the name of the required User. The User's details page is displayed.
- Go to Email forwarding. The page with the email forwarding settings of the selected User is displayed.
- To activate email forwarding, select the Status checkbox.
- In the Mailbox field, enter the email address to forward all email messages to.
- If it is necessary to have a copy of a forwarded email message in the User mailbox, select the Save copy checkbox.
- Click Create.
