Giving access to the ADSync service

It is possible to get access to the ADSync service only for an existing User of the Account. This User gets access only to the ADSync service and will not participate in synchronization with Active Directory.

To give access to the ADSync service for a User:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the ADSync Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
  3. Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
  4. On the Entry Point menu, click Users. The page with the list of Users of the Account with access to the ADSync service is displayed.
  5. Click Give Access. The list of Users of the Account without access to the ADSync service is displayed.

  6. In the row with the required User, click Give Access. The User will get access to the ADSync service.
