Open-Xchange. Editing a distribution group

To edit a distribution group:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
  3. Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
  4. On the Entry Point menu, click Distribution groups. The list of distribution groups is displayed.
  5. Click the name of the distribution group to be edited. The distribution group editing page is displayed.
  6. Edit information in the following fields:
    1. Name — name of the distribution group (required field).
    2. Emails of the recipients — email addresses, to which mails will be sent.
    3. Emails of the senders — email addresses, which have a permission to send mails to the email address of the distribution group.
  7. Click the Update button. The “Successfully updated” message is displayed on the Notification Bar. The distribution group information is updated.
