Open-Xchange. Creating a distribution group

To create a distribution group:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
  3. Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
  4. On the Entry Point menu, click Distribution groups. The list of distribution groups is displayed. By default, there are no predefined distribution groups and the list is empty.
  5. Click the Create distribution group button. The distribution group creation page is displayed.
  6. Fill the following fields:
    1. Name — name of the distribution group (required field).
    2. Email — email address of the distribution group (required field).
    3. Emails of the recipients — email addresses to which email messages will be sent.
    4. Emails of the senders — email addresses that have permission to send email messages to the email address of the distribution group.
  7. Click the Create button. The updated list of distribution groups is displayed.
