Open-Xchange. Creating a distribution group
To create a distribution group:
- Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the Mailboxes Entry Point. The button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
- Click . The Entry Point menu is displayed.
- On the Entry Point menu, click Distribution groups. The list of distribution groups is displayed. By default, there are no predefined distribution groups and the list is empty.
- Click the Create distribution group button. The distribution group creation page is displayed.
- Fill the following fields:
- Name — name of the distribution group (required field).
- Email — email address of the distribution group (required field).
- Emails of the recipients — email addresses to which email messages will be sent.
- Emails of the senders — email addresses that have permission to send email messages to the email address of the distribution group.
- Click the Create button. The updated list of distribution groups is displayed.
